SPF includes for common services
Every service that sends mail as your domain gives you one piece to add to your SPF record, usually an include. These are the ones the generator uses, each with a link to the service's own instructions so you can check them yourself.

Google Workspace (Gmail for business)

include:spf.protection.outlook.comMicrosoft 365 / Outlook help (opens in a new tab)Each include checked against the service's linked page, Oct 2026. Services change these; the link is the final word.
Things worth knowing
- Newsletter tools often don't need an include at all. Many send with their own bounce address, so SPF is checked against their domain, not yours; what they need from you is DKIM. Mailchimp's current domain-authentication guide, for example, asks only for DKIM and DMARC records. If a service's instructions don't mention SPF, don't add it: it costs lookups for nothing.
- Zoho uses
include:zohomail.comfor Zoho Mail, andinclude:one.zoho.comif you use several Zoho apps, according to its SPF page. - Microsoft 365 ends its sample record with
-all; Google's sample uses~all. Either is fine once every sender is listed. - Not listed here? Search the service's help for "SPF", copy the include it gives (it looks like
include:something.com) and paste it into "Other includes" in the generator. It's resolved live, and you'll be told if nothing is published at that name.
